Tyler's journey to founding Marshall Capital is a testament to his multifaceted background and diverse experiences. He has excelled in various roles, including acquisitions, development, consulting, asset management, and credit analysis. His previous roles encompassed working with a private multifamily development firm, a private firm specializing in multifamily and mobile home park acquisitions, a large public bank specializing in commercial and residential lending, and a REIT where he played a pivotal role in acquisitions. Tyler also provided consulting services to top Fortune 500 companies at the C-Suite level, offering innovative real estate and workplace solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tyler is deeply committed to giving back to the community and staying engaged in the real estate industry. He is an active member of organizations such as NAIOP, contributing his insights and expertise to further industry knowledge and collaboration. Education and Credentials:
Tyler Marshall earned a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from the esteemed business school at the University of San Diego in 2018, while competing as a D1 Football athlete. His dedication to education and professional growth led him to obtain his California Real Estate Salesperson License in 2020.
